      中世纪学生型大学的教学质量监控制度内涵可归纳为:一个中心,两个基本制度。学生权力是整个质量监控体系的中心和灵魂,教学质量的监控全程由学生设计、控制并实施;教学质量监控制度和保障制度以契约形式明确学生和教师之间的权力义务边界,形成相互制衡的权力结构。博洛尼亚大学的教学质量监控制度不仅对中世纪大学的产生很大影响,也为我们今天重新审视学生权力提供新的视角。
英文摘要:
      University of Bologna used to be a student-centered teaching organization in medieval. Its teaching quality monitoring system was designed, controled and implemented by students, therefore, it fully reflected students' interests and demands. In this essay, we observe and study the teaching quality monitoring system of Bologna University in medieval from the perspective of student power, because it not only helps us to understand the teaching quality monitoring mechanism of students’ university in medieval, but also provides us a new perspective to re-acquaint students’role and demand in teaching quality monitoring system
