      目前,高职礼仪课程多采用传统的教学模式,难以收到预期的教学效果。礼仪课程属于行为养成型课程,旨在提高学生礼仪素养、养成良好的行为习惯。本项目在行为目标评价模式的指导下,改革高职礼仪类课程教学模式,重构该类课程的教学目标、教学程序和教学评价模式,改善教学条件。实践证明,该项改革效果明显。

      At present, it is hard to achieve the expected result while higher vocational etiquette courses are generally applied in traditional teaching mode. As behavior-forming courses, etiquette courses are aimed at improving students’ etiquette literacy and helping them develop good behavior habits. Under the guidance of the appraisal pattern of behavior objectives, this project reforms teaching mode of this kind of courses, reconstitutes their teaching objectives, teaching programs and teaching evaluation models, and improves teaching conditions as well. And it has been found that the reform has had telling effects.
