      在以职业院校为中心的中国技能形成体系中,技能本身的异质性和学习过程的内隐性,让原本封闭的职业教育体系不得不开放其教学过程来满足市场的需求,并构成了多元化的职业院校校企合作改革微观基础。本文通过对市场里校企合作内部组织形态的观察,将技能形成的内部要素简化为一个技能形成的技术复杂性与绩效评估的难易程度的表征函数,发现从市场交易到多元主体,股权混合直至最后的纵向一体化,校企之间的合作形式实际上是按照“生产”技能的技术复杂性,共同构建的一个关于技能形成的治理结构。
英文摘要:
      As the center of vocational colleges in the Chinese skill formation system, the closed skill formation system have to open the teaching process to meet the demand of the market by the cause of skill learning of eterogeneity and recessive. And constitute the the micro - foundation of the reform ofDiversified School - Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Colleges.Through the observation of the internal organization form of the school-enterprise cooperation in the market, this paper simplifies the internal elements of the skills formation into a technical function of the technical complexity and the difficulty degree of the performance evaluation. It is found that from the market transaction to the multi- until the final vertical integration, the form of cooperation between schools and enterprises is a governance structure on the formation of skills actually which in accordance with the "production" skills of technical complexity.
