      人才是推动中山创新驱动发展战略的关键因素,高技能人才作为其中的中坚力量肩负着重要的历史使命。结合中山产业转型升级对高技能人才需求的特点,分析了高技能人才供需的数量困境与质量困境,阐述了高技能人才队伍整体占比偏低和自身结构失衡现状及断层现象。提出从推动体制机制建设入手,营造有助于高技能人才成长的社会氛围;优化职业教育资源,拓宽人才培养渠道;加强生态文明建设,打造城市名牌;企业实施“人性化管理”;积极推动高技能人才的身份融入与心理融入等应对之策。

      Talents, are the key factor to promote the innovation-driven strategy in Zhongshan, while high-skilled talents are considered as the backbone who bear the important historic responsibility. Combined with the characteristics of talent demands for highly skilled employees because of the industrial transformation and upgrading, the number of supply troubles and quality difficulties are analyzed in this paper, expounding the phenomenon of comparatively low proportion of high-skilled talents and its own structural imbalance and fault situation. The paper puts forward the social atmosphere which can help the high-skilled personnel to grow up from the construction of the system mechanism. In order to achieve these goals, professional education resources should be optimized; the channel of talent cultivation, broadened; the ecological civilization construction, strengthened; the city famous brand, built; "humanized management", implemented in the enterprises; and the identity integration and psychological integration of highly skilled talents, actively promoted.
