教育生态学视野下高职院校文化建设策略探究

      优秀学校文化对高职院校的建设与发展意义重大,但现阶段大多数高职院校文化建设存在诸多种问题,致使文化建设呈现出畸形发展,这直接阻碍到了新时期高职教育的进一步发展。鉴于此,以教育生态学理论为指导,分析高职院校文化建设过程中的限制因子,并在此基础上提出高职院文化建设应“建立高水平的建设主体队伍,确立“职业性”的核心理念,构建“开放性”高职院校文化建设体系”等建设策略。

      Based on the “environment-community” perspective, this paper examines the environmental change of Chinese higher education under “Double First-Class”policy, and finds out there are some mistaken ideas in high education development, such as the fault in value orientation, the shifting of development target, and the absence of development subject, etc. The development of higher education should return to the original value of “human-oriented”, train rational minds to guard social ecology, cultivate cultural ecology rooted in Chinese culture, and improve the academic ecology by taking innovation as the source. In order to develop Chinese higher education system harmoniously, some measurements should be taken immediately, such as creating a relaxed ecological environment by systematical construction, cultivating a variety of ecological communities by formulating systematic policies, and building the multidimensional ecological links by changing organization structure.
