      目的 建立红外指纹图谱结合主成分分析鉴别鸡蛋花及其不同极性部位的方法。方法 利用FTIR采集鸡蛋花及其不同极性部位的红外指纹图谱,根据红外光谱图的吸收峰数、峰位置对其结构特征进行分析,并结合主成分分析法对其进行鉴别研究。结果 鸡蛋花及其不同极性部位的的红外光谱吸收峰强度、峰位具有明显差异,FTIR指纹结合主成分分析法可快速地区分鸡蛋花及其不同极性部位。结论 红外光谱法简便、准确、灵敏,可结合主成分分析法用于鉴别鸡蛋花及其不同极性部位。
英文摘要:
      Objective: This paper tends to develop a method for the identification of Plumeria rubra and its different polar parts,which is called FTIR combined with Principal Component Analysis.Methods: By collecting the IR fingerprint of P. rubra and its different polar parts via FTIR and analyzing the structure characteristics according to the infrared spectrum of absorption peak number and peak position, a research combined with principal component analysis is carried out. Results: The IR absorption peak intensity and peak position have obvious differences among P. rubra and its different polar parts. FTIR combined with principal component analysis could be used to quickly differentiate the P. rubra and its different polar parts. Conclusion: Infrared spectrum method is simple, accurate and sensitive, which combined with principal component analysis could be used to identify the P. rubra and its different polar parts.
